Pieces in stock are dispatched within five working days. Made-to-order timber and upholstery takes four to six weeks; the workshop will confirm your date by email and again when the piece is finished.
Standard delivery is complimentary over $500 and arrives kerbside. White-glove delivery ($95) brings the piece into the room of your choice, assembles it and takes the packaging away. Studio collection is free by appointment.
Payment is arranged after your order is confirmed: our client care team emails a secure link where you can pay by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer. No card details are collected on this website.
Yes — every piece made since 2016 is eligible. Covers unbutton, joints are wedged rather than glued, and stoneware can be re-fired. Write to us with a photograph and we will quote the repair, usually at the cost of materials.
Unused pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; made-to-order timber and upholstery is final sale. Collection can be arranged from your home for a flat fee.
